Arrival & Pre-Check
We greet you and immediately test your oven and rangehood heating elements and fans before unpacking.
Floor & Cabinet Care
Heavy-duty tarpaulins and rubber mats protect flooring, while soft towels shield your surrounding cabinetry.
Heated Vehicle Bath
Racks, trays, trivets, and fan covers soak in a heated water bath in our vehicle to loosen baked carbon.
Door & Glass Split
The door is safely unhinged so internal multi-layer glass panels can be separated and cleaned streak-free.
Cavity Clean (Low-Tox)
Cleaned by hand using pumice stones, commercial scourers, and non-caustic cleaners. Zero toxic supermarket chemicals.
Polish & Rebuild
Soaked components are dried, polished, and reinstalled. Screws, seals, and hinges are tightened securely.
Heat Test & Polish
External surfaces receive a streak-free protective polish, followed by an operational test to ensure it's cooking-ready.
Customer Handover
We walk you through a final inspection to review the showroom result together, confirm everything runs perfectly, and pack away spotless.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a full clean take?
It takes between 3.5 to 4 hours depending on the condition and size of the oven or barbecue. We take the time required to dismantle, soak, and detail every component by hand rather than rushing a surface wipe.
What products do you use inside my home?
Every clean is completely fume-free with zero toxic chemical residue, meaning your kitchen stays safe and fresh with no need to wait before cooking.
Is your cleaning process low-tox and eco-friendly?
Yes, 100%. We strictly avoid the caustic and acidic chemicals found in supermarket oven sprays that produce toxic fumes and risk appliance damage. Instead, we achieve showroom results using simpler tools: elbow grease, specialised pumice stones, commercial scouring pads, safe spray-and-wipe solutions, and a hot-water bath carried in our vehicle. It is fume-free and safe for your family, pets, the environment, and us. We don't want to breathe that either!
When can I use my oven again?
Immediately! Because no harsh caustic chemicals are used, there is no need to wait hours or perform high-temperature burn-offs before cooking food.
Can you clean between the glass panels in my oven door?
Yes. As long as your oven model permits (and the vast majority do), in our Full Clean process we unhinge and dismantle the door, clean the inner surfaces of glass panes individually, and assemble it back together streak-free.
Will all rust and marks come off?
All baked-on grease, burnt fat, and carbon build-up will be completely removed to leave a showroom finish. However, where moisture has caused pre-existing rust pitting into metal or etched into enamel, the rust can be cleaned and treated but the underlying metal pitting cannot be reversed.
Can you replace oven light bulbs?
Yes. If you provide your oven make and model number at the time of booking, we will bring along the correct replacement high-temperature globe for a $10 add-on fee.
What do I need to supply on the day?
Just a parking spot on your driveway (or an apartment visitor / car-wash bay), plus access to an outdoor garden tap and standard power point near the vehicle. We supply our own heavy-duty extension leads and hoses.

What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is settled on-site upon completion of the job once you have inspected the appliance and are completely happy. Cash or direct bank transfer is preferred, with card (tap-and-go EFTPOS) also accepted.
